About The Role

We are seeking a driven Inside Partner Sales Representative - Insight Partnership to join our growing team, dedicated to supporting Insight sellers. You'll execute our Channel Sales playbook to build strong partner relationships, grow the pipeline, and drive sales.

• Calibrate IM&TE equipment in one or more disciplines including:
  Acoustical, Chemical, Dimensional, DC/Low Frequency, RF/Microwave, Fluid, Mechanical, Optical, Thermodynamics, and Time & Frequency

Description

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Logistics Coordinators is responsible for setting up, managing and ensuring flawless execution of the complex array of logistics required for live organ donation and transplant. Logistics Coordinators partner with member transplant centers, 3PLs/couriers, testing centers, airlines and internal team members (technology, operations).

This role requires exceptional communication, customer service, attention to detail and relationship management skills, as well as a strong sense of ownership and accountability, commitment to excellence, bias for action, calm under pressure, and the initiative, drive and passion to improve operations to best meet the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end logistics of kidney transportation, ensuring timely and secure delivery - pickups, receipt on board, flight departure/arrival, airline recovery, delivery confirmation.

• Manage GPS tracking system fleet (GPS systems provide real-time reporting on kidney shipments).

Description

In this role, the employee is expected to provide dedicated electrical controls support for the production team and customer field service events (scheduled maintenance, upgrades, unplanned maintenance, and warranty work) for gas turbine engines and related systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide dedicated electrical support for a single customer field service events (scheduled maintenance, upgrades, unplanned maintenance, and warranty work) for packages and related systems.
• Collaborate with the Field Service team to improve commissioning processes, plan standard work, and develop work scope for new technology.
• Document maintenance activities as required for Field Service Reports.
• Provide controls and electrical support during Test-Line Commissioning and field service events for RPS projects.
• Internal and External customer focal point for all field related electrical/controls problems.
