Position Overview:

The Hardware Demand Planning Manager is responsible for supporting the global demand planning strategy for Object First products, ensuring accurate forecasts that align with business objectives, supply chain capabilities, and financial targets. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to drive end-to-end planning excellence, improve forecast accuracy, and support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Own the end-to-end hardware demand planning process across all regions, channels, and product lines
• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs
• Drive forecast accuracy improvements at product and GEO levels
• Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for hardware partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to incorporate pipeline, promotions, product launches, and lifecycle changes into forecasts
• Collaborate with Integration and Hardware Vendors to ensure demand plans are executable
• Align closely with Finance on revenue forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

Product Lifecycle & New Product Introductions

• Lead demand planning for new product introductions (NPIs), transitions, and end-of-life (EOL) planning
• Ensure smooth ramp-ups and ramp-downs while minimizing excess and obsolescence risk

Analytics & Process Improvement

• Create analytics and scenario modeling for hardware solution
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase planning agility, visibility, and scalability

Qualifications

Required

• Relevant work experience or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain roles, with significant hardware experience
• Strong understanding of demand planning process
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels
• Analytical skills and experience with forecasting

Description

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, repair, and troubleshooting work in a safe, efficient, and customer-focused manner. This role includes accurately tracking productive labor time versus travel time, performing preventive maintenance in accordance with established service programs, and maintaining detailed service documentation such as work orders and parts usage. You will stay current on equipment updates and ANSI A156.10 standards while ensuring technical manuals, company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained. Additionally, you will manage service vehicle inventory, provide high-quality customer service, build strong customer relationships, and assist with training and mentoring other technicians on installation and service methods.

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Director of Hardware Operations with a strong background in demand planning to lead our global operations team. This role is responsible for end-to-end hardware operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, cost of goods (COGS) optimization, demand planning, distribution, and channel partner statusing. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence, ensure supply chain reliability, and enable our organization and partners to deliver consistently to customers.

About The Role

• Inspect battery systems including fluid levels, overall battery voltage, and specific gravity readings
• Record cell float voltages using voltmeters and hydrometers
• Connect sensing leads to batteries and portable battery plants as required
• Communicate with customers regarding required equipment connections
• Connect and configure load banks for battery testing
• Apply temperature correction factors and program test equipment accordingly
• Initiate and monitor capacity tests, maintaining load until terminal voltage reaches specified end levels
• Assist customer personnel with charger current limit and output voltage adjustments
• Verify voltage, polarity, and continuity using calibrated digital multimeters
• Protect cables from pinch points, sharp edges, and short circuits
• Safely operate a 20’ straight box truck
• Demonstrate understanding of battery capacity testing theory
• Properly use multimeters, amp clamps, and required PPE
• Understand parallel and series circuits and follow established testing procedures
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely

• 2+ years of technical training and hands-on experience in an electronic or electrical role
